Dress code for each event is casual HOWEVER, no flip flops or tank tops, no t-shirts with profanity/nudity of any kind. Make sure that clothing is neat and clean with no holes or rips. Remember, we do have a TV table and those matches may be aired on local TV with large sponsors being the sponsors so please dress as though you want to be viewed as a sports professional and not like its laundry day!
CODE OF CONDUCT
Please be aware that many of these events will draw spectators. It is extremely important to conduct ourselves in a manner that is not offensive to anyone we are playing next to, against or that is watching the event. Please be sure language is appropriate and your actions are not disruptive. I don't want to regulate anyone's personality or style but, we do need to make sure that the event is a positive one for players as well as spectators.
SPORTSMANSHIP
Remember, good sportsmanship is a must and representing the sport in positive light is extremely important to its growth and to the success of this tour! No talking or moving around when your opponent is at the table. No serious bad mouthing/sharking other players before, during or after a match. Once the match is completed, shaking hands and/or saying good match is obviously reccommended!!
The items listed above are all very important it is for this reason that players not observing these things will be given one verbal warning. If another warning is required, the player may be penalized either by giving up ball in hand or by forfeiting that game or match and in some cases, if severe, forfeiting the tournament with no refund of entry fee (at tournament directors discretion). This will be a rare occurrence I'm sure as we all want this tour to be a success and continue to grow in size and in exposure to the public. Once we show growth and professionalism, we will be able to attract more sponsors which will earn more money added events for all of our players!!
Thank you for all of the support!
Good Luck and Shoot well!!
